Key Differentiators

The provision focuses on holistic and practical intervention to overcome barriers to employment whilst addressing the wider influencing issues of socio/economic, health, wellness, and mental wellbeing.

Customers are mentored on how to use effective job search methods including introduction to the use of digital tools and social media to apply for live vacancies.

Through the employer links we introduce customers to full time employment opportunities, hybrid, contract/temporary and work placements/internships and apprenticeships

We have a team of professional recruiters/trainers and qualified Careers Consultants who are assigned to each individual in order to create a working relationship with someone they can relate to.

We assign mentors who themselves identify with the customer group through their own life experiences, who can act as role models and personally motivate customers to achieve their goals. They work prescriptively and sensitively with the customer to deal with any mental or physical reasons surrounding ‘life change’ that may impact a return to work.
