
Working 1-2-1 or small group / job basis
The customers have contingency access to our consultancy team on and off-line for the duration of the provision to ensure continuity of the training.
Post employment we continue to provide the customer with in-job support to ensure sustained outcomes.
The training programme is designed prescriptively for each age-group, so it is interactive, motivatory and delivered by a team of Recruitment / Training professionals who work closely and identify with the personal challenges associated with each particular customer cohort. They are mentored on a 1-1 and small group basis for shared experience and collective support/motivation. We provide expert guidance on CV preparation, job search techniques (including digital and social media), interview skills, self-belief and confidence building techniques.
Action plan
A tailored action plan will be developed outlining progression routes, support needs and employment goals
